Welcome to Harrison!
- Chamber of Commerce President -

Dear Members of Our Community:

As President of the Harrison Chamber of Commerce, I invite you to join our organization. Our Board of Director positions are 100% voluntary. Our only paid staff position is that of our office manager/secretary. With minimal overhead, this allows for our membership fees to be very reasonable. Annual membership fees consist of categories: General - $150.00, Bronze - $250.00 (Free 1/4 page Ad), Silver - $400.00 (Free 1/2 page Ad), Gold - $500.00 (Free 3/4 page Ad), and Platinum - $750.00 (Free full page Ad). All ads are done with professional lay-out and 4 color. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members do not receive preferential treatment except for their Free Ads in the Chamber directory, however; we sincerely appreciate the willingness of any organizations who are able and willing to provide this financial support to the Chamber.

Membership in the Chamber is very beneficial and often times will pay for itself many times over.

Some of the benefits include:

Full time staff in our office located by the fairgrounds.       Normal office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Our staff will only recommend businesses that are current Chamber members. Thousands of people either call or visit the Chamber office yearly.

Fifty plus page informational directory.      This is one of our major marketing tools. Each Chamber member is listed in this information-packed directory. For the year 2007 12,000 directories distributed.

Chamber Sponsored Events.      The Chamber sponsors annual events such as the Frost Bite Open, Memorial Day Car Show, Chamber Swing Golf Tournament, Budd Lake Fishing Derby, 4th of July parade, 4th of July Fireworks at the fairgrounds, Murder Mystery Dinner, and Harrison Labor Day Weekend Community Days as well as various other events which attract thousands of visitors to our community.

Networking Opportunities.      There are also a number of networking opportunities, such as our general membership meetings and social hours, which provide with a forum to meet and mingle with other members of the Chamber.

Quarterly Newsletter.      Our quarterly newsletter carries reminders of upcoming events and provides you with the latest in Chamber news.

We would be thrilled to have you as a member of our organization. If interested, application forms are available at the Harrison Chamber of Commerce office.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Debbie Gadberry, President
